Established 1987, Olympic Chiropractic and Spine Fitness was founded with the intent of providing the highest quality manual therapy available based on established clinical guidelines. The practice was originally located in Fremont in Sound Mind & Body Gym and was relocated to the U-District in 2006. Care is determined by data gathered from patient history, orthopedic, neurologic, and biomechanical evaluation. X-Ray is rarely needed, long-term treatment plans are not utilized, and collaboration with other medical providers is common. Treatment seeks active patient involvement to optimize rapid and efficient resolution of symptoms. Emphasis is on maintaining an active, fit lifestyle and facilitating patient independence through exercise and healthy lifestyle choices. A partnership between practitioner and patient is desired to achieve optimal results. Chiropractic care involves traditional osseous manipulation in conjunction with manual therapy and directed home exercise programs. The clinic also has massage available from therapists emphasizing deep tissue therapeutic massage.

We offer Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture and Kettlebell & Exercise Training, and Certified A.R.T. (Active Release Techique).
